Well, I have had my first car accident which happened on the motorway :( No-one involved is seriously hurt, (I don't know how!) but I ain't all better as it happened on Sunday. It will take a few more days yet.
The front of my Jeep is all smashed in and the back/wing/side of the car I drove in to. Yes, it was my fault and I have attributed it to being over-tired and my attention span just wandered and got lazy at the worse time possible. :(
My Angel was there for those of us involved in the accident .. I was truly blessed. :)

I adore the long summer days that seem to have no end and watching the redden sun as it sinks over the hills of Co. Donegal. This feeling has always stayed with me as far as my childhood memories can recall and it brings back happy memories of my parents and the love I felt during childhood. I could bask and savour this moment forever, if only I had time.
In no time at all it will be winter again, and acquaintances will come and go as the cycle of life progresses. I ponder were some go, just as much as I sit in wonder at people still to enter my life. We all have our path to tread and that is life.
My life is to short to hate and to spend in negativity and so I always strive to see the best in people... hmm, it is not that I ignore the bad but I overlook people's faults as basically we all are flawed.
I can say something, I am diggin' the changes here in VR.. change is always a good thing :)

They say life is like a rollercoaster, and gosh it is never so true as it is with my own lately. Today I grew weary of people bullshitting me and it ain't going to happen again. I am closing the door on being, "nice".. it doesn't work out. Period.
Sighs, I wonder where I will be on the rollercoaster this time tomorrow night. Maybe I should stand at that abyss Arnoch writes about in his journal.

Sighs. Why can't some people just accept critique..you don't have to agree, or disagree but it isn't a social norm to fashion that critique into a relentless bashing of another person for years. I know what you said about me behind my back and it is much worse than what I ever said in my critque of you but yet I never reacted nor took the course you have.
For me, I don't trash or bash people, I give my critiicism should that be in public or not, and that is entirely different.. I am to nice a person to do otherwise.

I have decided to postphone my Environmental studies until I see how I feel next year as it appears I am losing interest in more "nose in the book" stuff.
Secretly, I have an entirely different goal and I find myself getting more and more interested in holistic therapies... Now all I need is a little more room for this in my life, but where do I start? I think I am getting more into the "girly" aspect of business - Fed up with demolition, construction and high rise health and safety projects. Catering is okay too..but yea, holistic sounds the bee's knees for me right now and it would be complimentary to the leisure/sporting lifestyle I try to live in quieter times away from work. But where, oh where do I start!

Talking about holistic stuff.. I had a pedicure today, gosh after my mountain climving I thought I had died and gone to heaven. It was wonderful :)

Well, I just got back a short while ago and I am all done in. We climbed the Holy Mountain, "Croagh Patrick" and at height of 764 metres (2,510 ft) it really was some mountain to climb! The challenge of reaching the summit drove me on, and finally after two hours and forty five minutes of constant climbing I finally made the top..it was exhilarating, not only to reach the summit but the views were spectular. I definately will be posting some of them!
The Church was there but unfortunately it was locked but I did get to say some, "Our Father's" and Hail Mary's at the burren of stones.
Getting down, was much easier than going up! and if any of you ever get a chance to be in Ireland this is definately a challenge you should set yourself! Photos later.. I am tired right now and I have gym at 7.30am.

It is not often I cry, but to-day I did. The tears shed each one a silver pearl of relief that finally released my mind into an effervescent emotion of freedom ... and I am free for an entire three days to spend in sanctimonious self-indulgence :)
I love my work..it gives it's share of purpose to life, and I am grateful and humbled that I am in a position that I can reap the benefits of what I worked towards in my life. That, makes days like these all that more special :)
I am off to Galway again! bye for now! :)

Well, the tickets to Heathrow, the cruise tickets and insurances have all been purchased so there is no turning back now! :) We will be sailing from Dover and back to Dover giving us six lovely long restful days at sea :) All I can think of is spa, spa, spa, spa, spa and more spa.. mmmm, I know I just will not want to come back home!

Eeer this is an update to the entry below..it is amazing how I was just day-dreaming about a two week holiday in July when my Mum called and asked if I could join her on a Mediterrean cruise towards the end of next month! Wow, that was a stunning coincidence! I near fell of my chair heh.. Oh, my! now this has turned into an ACE of a day!!! heh *dances* I can't wait, and since I have returned to my normal body weight and build, I will be able to waltz around in my swimsuit, no problem! heh Olay!

Off on a short vacation soon and the hot stone massage is already booked :) We are going to my favourite place in Ireland.. Westport! I am so seriously counting the days! Well, short breaks are better than no breaks at al, but I would like to go away for a couple of weeks. Maybe in July :)
